CABANISS SMITH TOOLE & WIGGINS, PL, is a mid-sized boutique law firm based in central Florida whose focus is the defense and jury trial of product liability, complex personal injury, mass torts, deceptive trade practices and catastrophic risk cases. We are not a "full service" law firm; rather, we devote ourselves to helping clients in the area we know best: the trial and appeal of complex civil litigation.
