Jacqueline A. Alastra graduated summa cum laude in the top 3 percent of her class with a B.A. in International Business from University of Florida's Warrington College of Business in 1998. In 2002, Ms. Alastra graduated cum laude in the top third of her class from the University of Florida's Levin College of Law. While in law school, Ms. Alastra interned at the Southern Legal Counsel, a not-for-profit public interest firm, and later served as a Summer Associate for Daytona Beach-based Cobb & Cole, P.A.

Ms. Alastra joined CABANISS SMITH TOOLE & WIGGINS, PL in August of 2006.  Prior to joining our firm she practiced as a litigator in Central and South Florida in the areas of insurance and property defense.  

In 2004, Orlando Business Journal listed Ms. Alastra in the top 10 percent of Insurance Law Attorneys in Orlando. Ms. Alastra is admitted to practice in the State of Florida and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. She also is a licensed residential contractor in Florida. Ms. Alastra is fluent in Spanish and Italian.
