Bianca Liston received her B.S. from Nova Southeastern University in 1997, majoring in Political Studies. Thereafter, she attended Nova Southeastern University's Shepard Broad Law School where she graduated in December of 2001. At Shepard Broad Law School, she was a candidate for the Law Review. Ms. Liston began her law career in 2002 in the South Florida area. Since then, her practice has focused on the defense of insurance coverage issues and disputes, defense of first and third party insurance claims and appellate law. Ms. Liston is admitted to practice in the State of Florida and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. She is also a member of the Orange County Bar Association and is member of the Self Represented Litigant Committee of the Florida Bar's Appellate Practice Section and has presented argument before the Supreme Court of Florida. Ms. Liston joined the firm of CABANISS SMITH TOOLE & WIGGINS, PL in July of 2006.
